Peril in Pensacola

A Federal District Judge in Pensacola Florida in 2009 issued a restraining order on a nearby school district to forbid prayer in school by school officials, and to even deny them the right to bow their heads in respect for prayers offered by students. Two school officials were later brought into court charged with the federal crime of offering a blessing for a meal at an outside of school hours dinner celebrating the completion of a new school gym.  They were acquitted thanks to the strong defense offered by the Liberty Counsel.  However the court order is still in force.  Please recognize that this court order was made into law by a federal judge without the proper constitutional protections  for our citizens.  (Remember the US Constitution says that Congress only can create laws.)
